Young People Take Action During Lockdown!

Postcode Local Trust funds national expansion of Wilded
It’s been a great start to the year here at Action for Conservation (AFC), with the news that we have been awarded a £20,000 grant from the Postcode Local Trust to support the expansion of our ‘WildED’ conservation workshop programme to secondary schools across the country.

This attitude often arises during student days - the liberation of independence comes along with the chance to grapple with big ideas and rub shoulders with people from different walks of life. These things along with the fact that young people haven’t had the chance to become jaded or cynical often makes them radical in their beliefs. Can we apply this to conservation?
